Oriental Data announced that the 2025 equity distribution plan has been approved by the shareholders' meeting on May 11, 2026. Based on the total share capital on the registration date, a cash dividend of 0.14 yuan will be distributed to all shareholders for every 10 shares, without bonus shares or bonus issues. The registration date for equity is July 1, 2026, and the ex-dividend date is July 2, 2026. In addition, the conversion price of "Oriental Convertible Bonds" has been adjusted from 10.06 yuan per share to 10.05 yuan per share, effective from July 2, 2026.
