Zhong Qingbao announced that on June 25, 2026, the company completed the board of directors' election and the seventh board of directors is composed of 7 directors with a term of three years, with Zhang Yunxia as the Chairman of the Board. On the same day, the company appointed senior management personnel and securities affairs representatives, with Li Yilun as the General Manager, Zhang Yunqin as the Deputy General Manager, Secretary of the Board, and Chief Financial Officer, and Wang Qing as the Securities Affairs Representative, all with a term of three years. In addition, the sixth independent director Zheng Fei, non-independent director Liang Haidong, and Deputy General Manager Zhang Jiwen left their positions due to the expiration of their terms. Zheng Fei no longer holds any position in the company, Liang Haidong continues as Deputy General Manager, and Zhang Jiwen continues with other positions in the company.
