Lenovo Group (00992.HK) completed the issuance of new convertible bonds with a total principal amount of 2 billion US dollars.

Zhtng Cijng APP News, Lenovo Group (00992.HK) announced that all the conditions precedent related to the subscription agreement for the issuance of new convertible bonds have been met, and the total principal amount of the new convertible bonds of 2 billion US dollars will be completed on June 25, 2026.
