China Wisdom Financial News APP, Western Construction (002302.SZ) announced that in order to meet the capital needs of its subsidiaries for business development and daily operations, and to support the development of its main business and the layout of strategic emerging industries, the company plans to increase its capital in its wholly-owned subsidiary China West Construction Group Fourth (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Company Four") by 32 million yuan in cash. After the capital increase, Company Four's registered capital will increase from 50 million yuan to 82 million yuan, and the company will still hold 100% of its equity.
