The United States ITC issues final ruling on Part 337 of wireless communication devices and their components.

On June 24, the United States International Trade Commission announced that it had made a partial final ruling on certain wireless communication devices and their components under Section 337: the initial ruling made by the administrative law judge on May 15, 2026, will not be reviewed, and the investigation against the defendant Coosea USA Technologies, Inc. of San Diego, California, listed in the case, will be terminated based on a settlement.
