Phuket, Pattaya, and Krabi has always been the ideal international tourist destination for Chinese tourists. In order to facilitate Chinese citizens in the three provinces to report emergencies or seek help in a timely and smooth manner, the Consular Office of the Consulate General in Songkhla and the Consular Office in Phuket have now sorted out the key points for reporting emergencies for locals to understand and master. Chinese citizens can report emergencies to the Royal Police and Tourist Police. The Royal Police mainly handle criminal cases, public security management, traffic law enforcement, and other cases that require formal reporting materials and related legal documents. The Tourist Police are specifically responsible for handling disputes, fraud, theft, consumer disputes, or general assistance for foreign tourists.
