After investigation, several netizens including Qi, Liu, Zhou, Wu, Zhang, Hou, Liu, Wang, and Ma have posted multiple false agricultural rumors related to Anyang, Shangqiu, Zhoukou, and Jiyuan such as "destroying grain to sell vegetables," "who is poisoning wheat fields," and "blood flowing in wheat fields," causing widespread dissemination and misinformation, resulting in a negative social impact.
Currently, the local public security organs have imposed administrative penalties on the individuals mentioned above.
