According to the Qi Cha Cha app, recently, Ningde Runpei New Energy Co., Ltd. was established with David as the legal representative and a registered capital of 15.97 million yuan. Its business scope includes solar power generation technical services, thermal production and supply, contract energy management, online energy metering technology research and development, and IoT technology research and development. Shareholding information from Qi Cha Cha shows that the company is wholly owned by Ningde Times Green Energy Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Ningde Times.
