According to the official website of Ant Group, the new board of directors has completed the transition: Bai Chong'en, Dean of the School of Economics and Management at Tsinghua University, He Xiaopeng, Chairman and CEO of Xiaopeng Motors, and former CEO of Deloitte China, Shunfu Zeng, have been appointed as new independent directors; former chairman of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Laura Cha, and globally renowned AI scholar, Hongjiang Zhang, will continue to serve on the board. After the transition, the board of directors of Ant Group still consists of 9 members, with independent directors accounting for over 50%.
