The first domestically-produced business jet in the world is put into commercial operation.

China's independently developed global first CBJ business jet officially commenced commercial operations today. Jinlu Business, a subsidiary of Xinhai Group, became the first operator of domestically-produced business jets, offering charter flights from Shanghai to Beijing. The CBJ business jet is a derivative model of the COMAC C909 series, with seating layouts ranging from 12 to 29 seats. In terms of series development, COMAC has confirmed the orderly development of derivative models such as the C909 cargo aircraft, medical aircraft, emergency rescue command aircraft, and business jets.
