China Railway Chengdu Bureau set a new record for the number of passengers sent in a single day during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday.

According to China Railway Chengdu Group Co., Ltd., on the first day of the Dragon Boat Festival holiday on the 19th, Southwest Railway ushered in a peak of travel. China Railway Chengdu Bureau sent 1.9382 million passengers, an increase of 8.9% compared to the same period last year. It set a new record for single-day passenger volume during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, and both passenger flow and travel activity reached the best level in history for the same period.
