Sichuan: Support key industries to implement energy conservation and carbon reduction transformation and upgrading, with a maximum subsidy of not more than 20 million yuan for a single project.

The Development and Reform Commission of Sichuan Province has issued the "Sichuan Province's Policy Measures to Support Green and Low-Carbon Development". It proposes to implement incentives for energy-saving, carbon reduction, and efficiency improvement. Support will be provided for key industries to carry out energy-saving and carbon-reducing transformation and upgrading, comprehensive energy efficiency improvements such as energy cascading utilization for key energy-using units and parks, energy system optimization, transformation of park centralized heating and clean production through cogeneration of heat and power. For projects that meet the conditions, a subsidy of up to 15% of the total investment of a single project will be provided from the provincial budget for basic construction investment, with a maximum subsidy of 20 million yuan for a single project.
