As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the company and its subsidiaries have accumulated 70 lawsuits and arbitrations in the past 12 months, involving an amount of approximately 411 million yuan, accounting for over 10% of the recently audited net assets. The company and its subsidiaries are all defendants in these cases.
