Pujiang China (01417.HK): Daoqin Capital and Bailiqin Financial have been appointed as joint independent financial advisors.

Tencent Finance APP News, China Pujiang (01417.HK) announced that Daqin Capital Limited and Baili Qin Financial Limited (both licensed corporations regulated under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong) for Type 6 activities (providing advice on corporate finance)) have been appointed as joint independent financial advisors by the company to provide advice to the Independent Director's Committee on the offer terms and whether to accept the offer. The appointment has been approved by the Independent Director's Committee in accordance with Rule 2.1 of the Takeovers Code.
