Journalists have learned that, recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation has assembled a team of outstanding domestic research teams to tackle the complex and intertwined security risks of smart products. The industry has long lacked a professional and complete security database. A key breakthrough has been made in the establishment of a quality and safety risk database for smart products through technological innovation. The research team has developed a new security analysis method by combining the network data characteristics and intelligent operation logic of smart products, comprehensively investigating and assessing the quality and safety risks of smart products from four dimensions: users, products themselves, usage environment, and network information. At the same time, a clear and upgradable product safety standard model has been established to address the shortcomings of traditional detection methods. Currently, this new research achievement has been implemented in pilot projects, which can help manufacturing enterprises quickly identify hidden security issues in their products, significantly improve efficiency in risk identification and emergency response, and make various smart products we use in our daily lives safer and more reliable.
