According to the Tianyancha App, recently, Youji Technology Co., Ltd. underwent a business change, with China Mobile's Shanghai Zhongyi Digital Transformation Industry Private Equity Fund Partnership Enterprise being added as a shareholder. At the same time, the registered capital increased from approximately 12.397 million RMB to approximately 13.884 million RMB. The company was established in August 2021, with Jiang Jingen as the legal representative. Its business scope includes information system integration services, data processing and storage support services, software development, etc. It is currently jointly owned by Qu Cuifang, Jiang Jingen, and the aforementioned new shareholders. The company's official website states that it is a service provider specializing in machine tool base-level monitoring technology.
