Zhtng Cijng APP News, China City Infrastructure (02349.HK) announced that on June 17, 2026, the company entered into four subscription agreements with subscribers (Asia United Limited, Kwong Mei Wan, Wang Ling, and Gao Dayong), intending to issue a total of 370 million subscription shares. On June 18, 2026, the company and the subscribers agreed to terminate the subscription agreements immediately. After the termination, all parties to the subscription agreements shall be released and exempted from their respective responsibilities under the subscription agreements. As the subscription agreements have been terminated, the subscription matters will not continue. The company has applied to the Stock Exchange for the resumption of trading of the company's shares on the Exchange from 1:00 pm on June 18, 2026.
