China Securities Index Co., Ltd. has released a notice that, in order to better serve market investors and meet market users' demand for valuation data services on commercial real estate REITs and their restricted share valuations, China Securities Index Co., Ltd. will include relevant data on commercial real estate REITs in the existing public REITs valuation files and restricted public REITs share valuation files starting from the first day of listing of the first batch of commercial real estate REITs. Authorized users of China Securities valuation can obtain data files through the China Securities Index data service platform.
