Issuance of the "Regulations on the Management of Yacht Free Travel in Guangdong Province, Hong Kong and Macao"

The General Office of the People's Government of Guangdong Province issued the "Guangdong Province Regulations on the Management of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Yacht Free Travel", which stipulates that these regulations apply to Hong Kong and Macau yachts, captains, and passengers who are only allowed to travel freely in the nine cities of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area by designated ports of entry and exit to the mainland. The nine cities in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macau referred to in these regulations are Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Foshan, Huizhou, Dongguan, Zhongshan, Jiangmen, and Zhaoqing. Yachts from Hong Kong and Macau can obtain an electronic temporary ship nationality certificate in accordance with these regulations, complete import inspection procedures at the designated port of entry, sail in the waters of the nine cities in the mainland, anchor at designated ports with conditions, engage in water leisure and entertainment activities in designated recreational water areas, and comply with relevant mainland ship regulations in the waters of the nine cities in the mainland. During the validity period of the temporary ship nationality certificate, yachts from Hong Kong and Macau can enter and exit the mainland multiple times, with each continuous stay or cumulative stay in the mainland not exceeding 180 days per year.
