On June 16, according to the WeChat public account of "ChemChina Qingfeng Online", recently, the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the State Supervision Commission stationed in China National Chemical Corporation conducted disciplinary review and supervision investigation on Li Jianfei, former chief financial officer of Northwest Rubber and Plastic Research and Design Institute Limited Company under China National Chemical Corporation in Weinan District, Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province. After investigation, it was found that Li Jianfei, as a party member leader of a state-owned enterprise, disregarded the spirit of the Eight-point Regulations of the Central Committee, breached the bottom line of integrity, received excessive remuneration in violation of regulations, engaged in profit-making activities against relevant regulations, and had others hold shares of non-publicly listed companies; colluded with others to illegally possess public property; took advantage of his position to embezzle huge amounts of public funds for profit-making activities. Li Jianfei seriously violated the Party's integrity discipline, committed serious illegal acts in his job, and is suspected of corruption and embezzlement of public funds. He did not stop after the 18th National Congress of the Party, and continued without restraint after the 19th and 20th National Congresses, with serious nature and adverse impact, and should be severely dealt with.
