The three major indexes of A shares mostly rose today. As of the close, the Shanghai Composite Index fell by 0.11%, the Shenzhen Component Index rose by 0.93%, the Growth Enterprise Index rose by 1.72%, the BeiGene 50 rose by 1.03%, and the Kechuang 50 Index rose by 0.58%. The total market turnover was 3.0863 trillion yuan, an increase of 35.6 billion yuan from the previous day, with more than 2700 stocks rising across the market. In terms of sector themes, super capacitors, non-metal materials, lithium batteries, fiber optic concepts, and PCB concepts were among the top gainers; while port shipping, coal mining and processing, automobile manufacturing, liquor, and airport shipping sectors were among the top decliners. On the market, the super capacitor sector was strong throughout the day, with stocks such as Maxwell Technologies, China XD Electric, and Jianghai Stock hitting the daily limit up. Hongda Electronics surged by more than 19% at one point during the day, and Fenghua High-Tech, Kangpeng Technology, Ritai New Materials, and Fala Electronics were among the top gainers. The PCB concept sector continued to strengthen in the afternoon, with nearly 20 stocks such as Bujun Intelligence, Hongchang Electronic, Baoding Technology, Xingsen Technology, and Dazhu Laser hitting the daily limit up. Yihao New Materials, Leader Intelligence, and Hongshida were among the top gainers. The fiber optic concept sector opened high and continued to rise, with Longji Photonics hitting the daily limit up in the afternoon reaching 20 cm, and several other stocks such as Huamai Technology, Hangdian Stock, and Yongding Stock hitting the daily limit. The port shipping sector continued to decline, with China COSCO Shipping, Nanjing Port, China Merchant Shipping, China Merchants Petroleum, and Qingdao Port leading the decline. The airport shipping sector also performed poorly, with Xiamen Airport, Spring Airlines, and Lucky Air leading the decline.
