On June 15th, Guangzhou welcomed its seventh land auction of the year, specifically for the AB2902026 land parcel located on the north side of Huangbian North Road in the Baiyun District. According to the transaction results, the parcel was successfully bid on by Poly Developments after 27 rounds of bidding, with a total price of approximately 1.349 billion yuan and a premium rate of 23.87%. The land parcel is designated for residential use, with a land area of 20,046 square meters and a planned construction area of 50,115 square meters. The plot ratio is 2.5, with a starting price of 1.089 billion yuan and a starting floor price of 21,737 yuan per square meter.
