On June 15th, reporters found that a large number of users on social media platforms are complaining about issues with their HSBC One account, such as being unable to log in or lacking valid contact information, which hinders their ability to use services like transferring money through HSBC One. According to screenshots provided by netizens, if there is a lack of valid contact information, users need to visit HSBC's offline branches in Hong Kong or fill out relevant identity information forms and mail them to HSBC Hong Kong. Around 10 o'clock, HSBC Hong Kong's app login page made further announcements about the technical issues causing the problem. Around 11 o'clock, a spokesperson for HSBC Hong Kong replied to a reporter from New Yellow River Financial News, saying, "This morning, some customers were unable to use certain services, we are working hard to fix the issue and resume normal operations as soon as possible."
