In the overlapping areas, the water levels in rivers and lakes are relatively high, the soil is saturated, and the possibility of small and medium-sized river floods and flash floods is further increased; the North China region is in a critical period for the harvest of winter wheat, with locally strong rainfall in the northeastern region, the flood prevention situation is more severe, and needs to be highly emphasized. Water departments and river basin management agencies in relevant provinces are required to closely monitor weather changes, timely release warning information, scientifically and accurately dispatch key reservoirs and flood control projects, strengthen patrol defense and emergency response to dangerous situations, focus on key areas such as reservoir and ongoing project safety during the flood season, small and medium-sized river flood prevention, and flash flood defense, implement the disaster warning "call and response" mechanism, and advise local governments to timely evacuate people in dangerous areas to fully ensure the safety of people's lives and property.
