The China Meteorological Administration has initiated a Level 4 emergency response to major meteorological disasters.

The China Meteorological Administration predicts that from June 12th to 13th, there will be heavy rain or rainstorms in some areas of the Southwest, East China, South China, and northern parts of North China. Local areas in Guizhou, Jiangxi, and other places may experience heavy rainstorms, with short-term heavy precipitation in the above-mentioned areas. Some areas will also experience strong convective weather such as thunderstorms and strong winds. After comprehensive assessment and emergency consultations, at 11:30 am on June 12th, the China Meteorological Administration initiated a Level-4 emergency response to major meteorological disasters.
