Prior to this, the company released an updated annual outlook for the first time after completing the acquisition of Coterra Energy (CTRA.US), with production expected to reach 1.38 million barrels of oil equivalent per day in the 2026 fiscal year under a capital expenditure of $4.9 billion, compared to the previous expectation of 835,000 to 855,000 barrels per day.
