As Cuba faces a severe energy crisis, a trading company in the state of Florida in the United States is in deep negotiations to plan to ship the largest batch of American fuel to Cuba since the Eisenhower administration. The Pioneer Energy Company is preparing to export 250,000 barrels of diesel and gasoline, this batch of fuel will be specifically for the private sector and not for state-owned entities. According to the U.S. government's estimates, the Pioneer Energy Company's shipment includes 100,000 barrels of gasoline and 150,000 barrels of diesel, and just the gasoline portion is enough to meet Cuba's normal demand for nearly 11 days.
