Multipro Group (08331) plans to establish an insurance company in Barbados and apply for relevant licenses.

Intelligence Finance News APP reported that Beibo Group (08331) announced that the company has decided to establish an insurance company in Barbados, and has applied to the Financial Services Commission of Barbados in accordance with the Insurance Act, Cap. 310 of Barbados for one or more insurance licenses suitable for the proposed business model (which may include Class 1 and/or Class 2 licenses). However, approval from the Financial Services Commission of Barbados is required before proceeding.
