Wuxin Intelligent Announcement: Wuxin Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company, has signed the "Investment and Development Supervision Agreement of Jiangsu Province Tongzhou Bay Jianghai Linkage Development Demonstration Zone" with the Management Committee of Jiangsu Province Tongzhou Bay Jianghai Linkage Development Demonstration Zone, and the "Sea Use Right Transfer Contract" and "Sea Delivery Contract" with the Marine and Fisheries Bureau of Jiangsu Province Jianghai Linkage Development Demonstration Zone. The project will construct intelligent port machinery and research and develop marine engineering equipment, with a total investment of approximately 1.34 billion yuan, including approximately 1.07 billion yuan in fixed assets. After the project reaches production capacity, the annual taxable sales are expected to be no less than 2.045 billion yuan, with a total tax payment of no less than 100 million yuan, and an average tax revenue of no less than 30,000 yuan per acre.
