From March 11 to June 10, 2026, it reduced 1.33 million shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 1% of the total share capital. The average reduction price was 18.68 yuan per share, with a price range of 18.10 to 18.73 yuan per share. After the reduction, UCM's shareholding decreased to 16.6586 million shares, accounting for 12.49% of the total share capital.
