The Zhitong financial news app reported that Heartbeat Company (02400.HK) announced that it had signed an agreement with an independent broker on June 10, 2026 for the broker to operate an automatic share buyback plan. According to the share buyback agreement, the company has agreed to the parameters, and the broker will repurchase up to 4 billion Hong Kong dollars of the company's shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
