Jiangsu Guotai announced that on June 9, 2026, its shareholder Shengtai Investment released 2.37 million pledged shares, accounting for 1.80% of its total shares held and 0.15% of the company's total share capital. As of the date of the announcement, Shengtai Investment did not pledge any shares of the company, and together with the concerted action person, they hold a total of 193 million shares, accounting for 11.85% of the total share capital, all of which are unpledged.
