The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has issued a notice on the implementation of the "Artificial Intelligence + Information Communication" innovation and development plan. It pointed out the need to strengthen the network infrastructure. Accelerate the construction of backbone transmission networks such as 400Gbps/800Gbps, optimize the network transmission channels between the hub nodes of eastern, central, and western regions. Promote the orderly application of high-speed optical transmission system equipment such as urban 400Gbps and above, all-optical cross-connection. Optimize the layout of internet backbone direct connection points, new internet exchange centers, and improve the quality of data transmission between networks. Simplify the hierarchy of core-to-edge networks, improve the layout of computing power access networks in key locations, and build urban millisecond-level low-latency computing power.
