BYD's Turkey factory project has been suspended and construction has not yet started.

According to reports, BYD Vice President Li Ke stated in an interview that BYD currently does not have a timetable to start production in Turkey. BYD has not yet started construction of a factory in Turkey, and the project is currently on hold. BYD will start assembling cars at its new factory in Hungary in the fourth quarter, with Hungary now being the top priority. The second priority will be to find a second location in Europe.
