The second domestically-made large cruise ship will make its maiden voyage from Guangzhou in November.

Today, Costa Cruises announced that Olympic diving champion Guo Jingjing will serve as the launching ambassador for the second domestic large cruise ship "Costa Flower City". "Costa Flower City" will be officially delivered on November 6 and will embark on its maiden voyage from the Guangzhou Nansha International Cruise Port on November 22. "Costa Flower City" is 341 meters long, with a total tonnage of 141,900 tons, and has 2,130 luxury guest rooms and suites, accommodating up to 5,232 guests at full capacity. Operating "Costa Flower City" from Guangzhou as its homeport will effectively strengthen the functions of the cruise port cluster in South China, driving the coordinated development of the entire industry chain, including port services, transportation connections, hotel dining, tourism retail, goods procurement, and talent development, to help build a world-class cruise economy circle in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
