According to the Securities Times APP, Zhongzhi Research Institute wrote that in May, the release and transaction of residential land in 300 cities continued to decline compared to the same period last year. The planned construction area of residential land transactions was 19.43 million square meters, a decrease of 27.1% year-on-year; the land transfer fees were 96.6 billion yuan, a decrease of 7.6% year-on-year, with a significantly narrower decrease than the previous month; driven by high-quality land in core cities, the average premium rate has increased to 9.5%.
