Recently, the Ma Wei District Agriculture and Rural Bureau in Fuzhou issued an administrative penalty decision. The administrative penalty decision shows that the Fuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone Construction Development Group Co., Ltd. unilaterally changed the land use of forest land. After investigation by the Ma Wei District Agriculture and Rural Bureau, it is now confirmed that the Fuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone Construction Development Group Co., Ltd. was entrusted by the urban management bureau to build the Faputou Station project. In order to facilitate the construction, the party hardened the land outside the red line without approval, and the project was suspended as of December 1, 2025.
