It guides manufacturing enterprises to closely follow market trends and consumer needs, combine new technologies such as artificial intelligence, quickly respond to market demand, develop small-batch, multi-variety, fast-delivery customized production models based on user participation in selection and configuration, improve supply-demand compatibility, and cultivate a group of well-known "Sichuan Customized" brands. Focusing on new consumer trends such as intelligence, green, health, high-end, and individuality, supporting companies in the fields of household appliances, furniture, food, textiles, digital, etc. to strengthen cooperation with internet platforms, accurately differentiate user groups and consumer needs, promote reverse customization models, lead supply innovation with demand, achieve production based on sales, research based on demand, and supply chain based on market, and create a group of consumer brands. By 2028, more than 500 key enterprises specializing in customized production will be cultivated.
