In the just past May, the total number of online signed first-hand and second-hand residential properties in Guangzhou exceeded 17,000. Among them, the online signing of first-hand residential properties increased by 25% month-on-month and 15% year-on-year; the number of online signings of second-hand residential properties increased by over 8% year-on-year.
