Luckin Coffee, "less ice" only fills up half a cup when received? Customer service: The remaining amount will be made up, based on the actual preparation in the store.
Recently, some consumers have reported that when ordering a super large latte with no ice at Luckin Coffee, the drink they received was only about half full. In regards to the issue of no ice, the official customer service of Luckin Coffee explained to Sina Finance that some drinks do support no ice, and the amount of ice depends on the actual preparation at the store. If the product supports no ice, the barista will not add ice when making the drink. Any empty space in the cup will be filled with the main ingredients of the product. Due to the lack of ice for dilution, the taste of no ice drinks may be slightly different from regular iced drinks. Additionally, at the bottom of the order interface of Luckin Coffee, there is a small print with detailed explanations: the capacity of a large cup is approximately 450ml, a special large cup is approximately 553ml, and a super large cup is approximately 596ml. There may be differences in product type, attributes, and manual operations, so the actual drink capacity may vary.
