(referred to as "CIMC Capital Holdings"), has recently signed a "Cooperation Framework Agreement" with professional investment institutions such as Jiangsu Marine Economy Equity Investment Fund (Limited Partnership) to jointly establish the Jiangsu Marine Economy Industry Sub-Fund (tentatively named "Yancheng CIMC Su Yue Marine Industry New Industry Equity Investment Fund", referred to as "Fund"). The Fund's total committed capital is 1 billion yuan, of which CIMC Capital Holdings plans to contribute 290 million yuan as a limited partner, accounting for 29%.
