Shanghai Telecom partners with Taobao Flash Sale to launch AI-assisted meal service, allowing the elderly to order food and have it delivered to their home without needing to physically touch anything.

On June 4th, under the guidance of the Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau, China Telecom Shanghai Company and Taobao Flash Sale jointly launched the "AI+ Elderly Meal Assistance" smart elderly care service cooperation relying on the Tianyi Smart Screen platform. Both parties will fully leverage their respective advantages in communication infrastructure, artificial intelligence technology, and real-time retail services to provide convenient meal assistance services such as voice ordering, one-click ordering, and immediate delivery for elderly people at home through the Tianyi Smart Screen terminal, effectively meeting the livelihood needs of the elderly population to "eat well at home".
