From June 2nd to 5th, the fourth Tianjin International Shipping Industry Expo was held, focusing on the intelligence, greenization, and internationalization of shipping, as well as global supply chain security and stability. It provided a platform for international shipping cooperation and innovation achievements, attracting over 400 companies to participate. Chinese and foreign guests at the event believed that China's shipping resilience injected confidence into the stability of the global supply chain. Data shows that China's international shipping accounts for nearly one-third of the global volume, with shipping service networks covering the entire world. China has built the world's largest port cluster, with port cargo throughput ranking first in the world for over 20 consecutive years. Xu Kai, Chief Information Officer of the Shanghai International Shipping Research Center, stated that China's shipping resilience is the result of the combined effects of its robust infrastructure, complete industry system, technological innovation capabilities, and deeply globalized layout. This resilience not only guarantees the stable development of China's foreign trade, but also provides valuable certainty for the turbulent global supply chain.
