Yunding Xinyao signs exclusive licensing and cooperation agreement with Hibutonida, milestone payment of up to $1.03 billion.

On June 2nd, Yun Dingxin Yao announced that the company has reached an exclusive licensing and cooperation agreement with Travere Therapeutics, Inc. According to the agreement, Travere Therapeutics will have exclusive development and commercialization rights for EVER001 outside of Greater China and certain Southeast Asian countries. Under the agreement, Yun Dingxin Yao will receive an upfront payment of 112.5 million US dollars and will be eligible to receive up to 1.03 billion US dollars in development, registration, and commercialization milestone payments for up to five indications. In addition, the company will also receive tiered royalty payments ranging from high single digit to double digit percentage based on the future annual net sales of EVER001.
