Yunding Xinyao announced that the company has reached an exclusive licensing and collaboration agreement with Travere Therapeutics, Inc. According to the agreement, Travere Therapeutics will obtain the exclusive development and commercialization rights for EVER001 (civorebrutinib) in regions outside of Greater China and certain Southeast Asian countries. Under the agreement, Yunding Xinyao will receive an upfront payment of $112.5 million and is eligible to receive up to $1.03 billion in development, regulatory, and commercial milestone payments for up to five indications. In addition, the company will also receive tiered royalty payments ranging from high single-digit to double-digit percentages of future annual net sales of EVER001.
