Xinling Electric announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller Hu Zhixing, Hu Zhilin, and their concerted action parties collectively hold 57,162,147 shares of the company, accounting for 55.80% of the total share capital. They plan to reduce their holdings by a total of not more than 3,072,671 shares, accounting for 3.00% of the total share capital, through centralized bidding or block trading from June 25, 2026 to September 24, 2026, with centralized bidding not exceeding 1,024,212 shares and block trading not exceeding 2,048,459 shares. The reduction is due to their own financial needs, and the shares are from the initial public offering. This reduction will not result in a change in control and will not have a significant impact on the company.
