The company and 10 other entities will increase their capital in Beijing Chaomo, with a total increase of 305 million yuan, of which the company will increase its capital in Beijing Chaomo by 80 million yuan. As of the date of the announcement, the business registration change procedures for this transaction have not yet been completed.
