Patent for China National Petroleum Corporation's adaptive pipeline service system authorized

The Tianyancha App shows that recently, the patent for "an adaptive in-tube service system and implementation method" applied by PetroChina Company Limited has been authorized. The abstract shows that the invention discloses an adaptive in-tube service system, including blasting block valves, checking the diameter rules, flexible expansion tools, expanding tubes, and limiting components. Radial holes and blasting pieces are arranged on the pipe wall corresponding to the blasting block valve. The blasting piece is set to blast when the pressure reaches the first threshold, allowing the oil pipe to communicate with the inside of the service system through the radial hole. The flexible expansion tool can be movably set inside the expanding tube. The flexible expansion tool expands in a pressurized state and resets in an unpressurized state. The limiting component is set on the radial outer side of the expanding tube. The limiting component is set to release the radial limiting of the expanding tube when the pressure inside the system reaches the second threshold. The invention also provides an implementation method. This invention achieves one-pipe completion technology for expanding pipe subsidies, diameter testing, and pressure testing processes. The process is simple, can repair damaged wells, avoid the large resistance caused by irregular casings during cone expansion, and has greater well completion flexibility, significantly reducing completion costs.
