Today, reporters learned that in order to strictly regulate the mandatory product certification supervision, the State Certification and Accreditation Administration has revised and issued the implementation rules for mandatory product certification for electric bicycles, children's vehicles, and toys. From the date of announcement to October 31, 2026, certification bodies can conduct CCC certification activities according to the old version implementation rules or the new version implementation rules based on the wishes of the certification entrustor; starting from November 1, 2026, CCC certification activities should be carried out according to the new version implementation rules. Valid mandatory product certification certificates that have already been issued can continue to be used, and the certification certificate conversion work will be completed in a natural transition manner through product changes, expiration replacement, etc.
