According to sources familiar with the matter, Yum! Brands is in exclusive negotiations with LongRange Capital regarding the sale of its Pizza Hut chain business. One source stated that LongRange recently entered into exclusive negotiations with Yum! Brands, beating out other bidders including Sycamore Partners. Sources revealed that both parties are deeply discussing a potential agreement, which could be reached within a few weeks.
